Halcyon Recycling is responsible for the recovery, repurpose, and reintegration of all materials from discarded products in the Halcyon ecosystem in accordance with policy.

    • A continually growing list of acceptable items is maintained by Halcyon Recycling
    • Each intake from Halcyon Recycling customers has a full manifest with serialized containers to ensure chain of custody and traceability
    • Halcyon Recycling staff sort and categorize materials
    • Halcyon Recycling staff generate invoice(s) for accepted items
    • Halcyon Recycling staff generate invoice(s) for rejected items
  • Recyling of Viable Materials
    • Accepted materials are sent for processing
      • 1️⃣ classification
      • 2️⃣ sorting
      • 3️⃣ packaging
      • 4️⃣ serialization
    • After serialization, accepted materials are put into Storage
    • After storage, accepted materials flow back into the Halcyon Ecosystem
  • Storage of Non-Viable Materials
    • Rejected materials are sent for processing
      • 1️⃣ classification
      • 2️⃣ sorting
      • 3️⃣ packaging
      • 4️⃣ serialization
    • After serialization, rejected materials are put into Long Term Storage
      • Long term storage of non-viable materials is managed by Halcyon Logistics
      • Long term storage of non-viable materials is non-expiring and indefinite to ensure ecosystem integrity
      • Long term storage of non-viable materials is charged periodically to the originator of the non-viable material
      • If a processing solution becomes available for a stored non-viable material
        • Legal order is created - authorizing change of status of non-viable material to viable-material
        • Legal order is created - authorizing transfer of non-viable material to viable-material storage
        • Legal order is created - authorizing change of status removing material from Ecosystem blacklist
        • Halcyon Logistics and Halcyon Legal will coordinate.
