In Halcyon, any public measure which attains 85% or more public support past a threshold of 1M votes, is automatically added to the legislative session for public debate
Once a critical threshold (85%) of affected voters (based on what the policy will effect) (stakeholders), has voted on the current bill (single issue bills in congress)
The new corporate law will then ascend to the senate for public debate and public review by the halcyon court
This will ensure no violations of corporate contract, code of conduct, or constitution
